Botanical Art Workshop, Spring Exhibition (now fully booked)

Pleased to announce the date of the Botanical Art Workshop at the Scottish Ornithological Society in Aberlady has been confirmed for Thursday 21st February 2019.

Sharon Bradley will lead a day of drawing and painting from directobservation. Sharon is a graduate of the Royal Botanical Gardens Edinburgh Diploma in Botanical Illustration and is an experienced tutor. The workshop is aimed at both beginners and experienced students, with the aim being to learn, or develop, techniques using graphite and watercolour. Experienced artists are expected to bring their preferred art materials. However, Sharon will provide materials for any beginners, on request (please let us know if this is required at the time of booking). Plants to draw from will be supplied. Places are limited to 12. Wednesday Painting days at SAC

Our regular drop-in days, hosted at the Scottish Arts Club (24 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BW) continue to be a great success
