I am a beginner at botannical illustration. After seeing the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh Certificate Course advertised several times over the years, in retirement I completed the course in May of 2023, being incredibly honoured and grateful to receive a Distinction. I am now about to start the Advanced Certificate in the Spring of this year. In the meantime, I continue to practice, occasionally covering marine life too, as I live close to the sea.
